By using HEVORA (the HEVTERMINAL app) you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Not financial advice
Prices, signals, scores, AI summaries and analysis in the app are information, not investment, trading, legal or tax advice. Trading forex, crypto and commodities carries high risk; your decisions are entirely your own. HEVORA is not a registered financial adviser, broker or exchange and does not hold your funds.
Accounts
Some features need an account. You keep your password and e-mail access private and are responsible for activity on your account. Give correct information. You must be legally allowed to use financial market data where you are.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid features follow the plan and price shown when you buy. Payments in rupiah are processed by DOKU; crypto payments are made to the address shown. Access lasts for the plan period. Check the network and amount shown before you pay.
Accuracy and availability of data
Data comes from third-party providers and is provided "as is". Sources can be delayed or unavailable; the app says so plainly, but we do not guarantee any figure is complete, accurate or on time.
Prohibited use
You may not copy or resell the data or content, try to break into or overload the service, use bots to scrape data in bulk, or share your account.
Intellectual property
The names HEVORA and HEVTERMINAL, the interface and original writing belong to HEVORA. Third-party data remains the property of its provider.
Ending use
You can delete your account at any time on the Account page (while no subscription is active). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, HEVORA is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities or other loss from using or relying on this app.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; using the app after a change means you accept it. The legal entity and governing law will be stated here once they are settled.
